Niwot was one of the original 27 districts of Agreeland created on 1 May 2021.
It was originally called Northern Rockies until Agreeland’s second major redistricting on 22 March 2026. During the redistricting Niwot gained some land as Denver was reduced in size.
The flag of Niwot was designed on 3 August 2021.
