Pulaski was one of the original 27 districts of Agreeland created on 1 May 2021. Pulaski District is named after Casimir Pulaski, who fought for American and Polish freedom.
The flag of Pulaski was designed on 31 March 2024. It is a modified version of its capital flag, Little Rock. Pulaski had an older flag that was adopted 1 August 2021.
