Kiikaapoa was one of the original 27 districts of Agreeland created on 1 May 2021. Kiikaapoa District is named after the Kickapoo people.
The district was previously named Marshall District until 21 March 2026. Its capital Marysville was renamed to Sciurus on the same day.
The flag of Kiikaapoa was designed on 31 March 2024.
